Hand Path in the Down Swing

You’ve probably heard a lot of instructors talk about club path but have you ever heard discussion of you hand path throughout your swing? Hand path is an important aspect of both your back swing and down swing. It’s responsible for delivering the golf club to the ball at impact.

Jon demonstrates a very simple exercise and visual of what your hands should be doing during your downswing. This can give you more power at impact and a slightly higher launch angle creating longer drives.
